Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Defence Jobs 2019

Educational Qualification

For Fire Engine Driver

• Should Passed 10th/ equivalent from a recognized institution
• Should pass a physical fitness test.
• Minimum of three years in experience driving heavy vehicles.

For Fireman

• Should Passed 10th/ equivalent from a recognized institution
• Elementary principles of Fire Fighting methods employed in fighting different types of fire must be well known.
• Experience – Minimum 2 years as Fireman Grade II in a recognized Civil or Defence Fire Brigades
• Should pass a physical fitness test.
