In all, 47 lakh candidates applied for RRB ALP / Technician Recruitment 2018. These candidates applied for 36576 technicians and 27795 assistant loco pilot post. The selection of the candidates will be done as follows, RRB ALP / Technician Stage 1 CBT, RRB ALP / Technician Stage 2 CBT, ALP Stage III CBT, and finally Document Verification Round. For stage 1 and 2 all the candidates will have to appear. However, Stage III CBT is specifically for the candidates who applied for the Assistant Loco Pilot post.

The RRB ALP Result for CBT III 2018-2019 has been announced over login by which candidates can check the normalized marks and their qualifying status. The candidates can check it easily by following the steps listed below. The final merit list for RRB ALP will be prepared on the basis of the marks secured in CBTs. It will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in Part A and Stage III. To prepare RRB ALP Merit List – 70% weightage will be given to Stage 2 Part A score and 30% will be given to Stage III marks. The merit list for the post of Technician will only be prepared on the basis of marks in Stage 2 Part A.
