- A page opens as an Important Instructions for filling of Online Bridge Course Application Form.
- Read it carefully and tap on “Proceed Next”.
Step 1: Filling the Registration form
- After tapping the Proceed Next the New Registration page will open.
- Fill in all the boxes to apply for NRHM Punjab Jobs.
- Click on Save & Proceed option to get the next page.
Step 2: Paying Application Fee
- After Successful Registration of the form, you will receive a New Registration number and Password.
- The Registration Number will be received to your registered mobile number.
- Pay the Application Fee as Rs. 590/- through Bank Challan.
Step 3: Uploading Documents, Photo and Signature
- Upload the Scanned documents which are asked for.
- Upload your Photo sized as 25kb.

About National Health Mission, Punjab
National Rural Health Mission was launched in April 2005 by the Honourable Prime Minister of India for addressing the health needs in the Rural Areas in the country specifically focusing on 18 States having weak public health indicators. In the year 2012 (12th Five Year Plan), the NRHM was strengthened as National Health Mission by expanding health coverage to Urban areas and including Non-Communicable Diseases Programme. In the year 2013, the Government of India Launched National Urban Health Mission as a Sub Mission of National Health Mission.
