About East Central Railway
Rail line Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway is an association made after the issue of letter no. E(NG)II/96/RR-1/62 dated 18.07.2005 by Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), New Delhi. The letter delegates forces to General Managers of Indian Railways for open market enrollments in Pay Band 1 + Grade Pay 1800/ – (past Group ‘D’ posts).
