- (OR) 12th Class Vocational Course in Electrical domestic appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) or par with electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized institution or board.
