Eligibility Criteria for Central Administrative Tribunal Recruitment 2019

Educational Qualification:

Registrar/ Joint Registrar/ Deputy Registrar

• Completed a degree in Law
• Experience – Minimum  5 years of regular service in the grade of Pay band-3

Court Officers/ Section Officers/ Caretaker

• Completed a degree from a recognized university/institution.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis. or
• Persons working under the Central / State Government / High Court / Subordinate Courts
• Experience – Minimum  8 Years regular service in the posts of Assistant or equivalent in the scale of Pre-revised Pay Band-2 (court officer)/ Pay Band-1 (Caretaker)

About Central Administrative Tribunal

The Central Administrative Tribunal has been built up as a master body including Administrative Members, what’s more, Judicial Members who by ideals of their particular learning are better prepared to administer expedient and powerful equity.
