Eligibility Criteria for Air Force Common Admission Test 2022
AFCAT 2 Jobs Educational Qualification:
- Flying Branch Posts, Ground Duty (Technical) Posts – Candidates should complete the 12th Pass with 50% Marks each in Physics and Maths + Graduation (with 60% marks).
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Posts – Candidates should have complete Graduation (with 60% marks).

About AFCAT
Firstly, AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. Indian Air Force conducts this Exam for the selection of officers in all branches of the IAF (except medical and dental). Flying Branch (Short Service Commission only), Technical Branch (Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission), and Ground Duty Branch (Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission). AFCAT is conducted twice a year (in the month of February and August). The advertisement for the same is published in the months of December and June respectively.
